We offer customized packages depending on your situation and needs. If you want to know and get one package of sessions, discuss it on Whatsapp with the team.
How do sessions work?
Currently, Empress Lola is providing Video sessions only. Video sessions are a great way to connect with the coach in a virtual face-to-face setting. To connect through video sessions, you need to mutually schedule the session with your Coach. You will receive a link to join the video session after booking your slot. Join using a link at the assigned time and begin your session. Video sessions usually happen via Google Meets.
Are coaching sessions private and confidential?
Yes, each and every information shared with the coach during these sessions and elsewhere is kept completely private, confidential & secure. You can express yourself freely with full trust and openness.
How many sessions will I need to overcome my challenge / issue?
This depends on the situations & individual’s goals. It is best to take 1 session first in which you uncover where you are and where you want to be. Your coach would suggest the number of sessions you should take. It is a very personal decision.
If I start coaching, will I need to work with my coach for the rest of my life? How long will I need to commit to working with a life coach?
We recommend you stay in the program for at least one month. This will allow you to build trust with your coach and develop effective strategies for you to achieve your goals.
This is my first life coaching session. Do I need to prepare something prior to the session?
No, there isn’t any prior preparation required. Be comfortable and feel free to express yourself.
Can life coaching help me achieve goals in multiple areas of my life?
Life coaches in general have the necessary skills to help you in multiple areas of life as they are all connected to your ultimate well-being. However, depending on the types of life coaches you seek out, you may work with one to improve your personal life, marital issues, couple counseling, start a new business or improve existing business, improve your lifestyle or improve your relationships with loved ones.
